Brow aftercare info & Instructions

1. ****PLEASE DO NOT BOOK BROW TINT IF YOU CURRENTLY USE RETINOL OR USE PRODUCTS WITH RETINOL IN IT. THIS WILL CAUSE SCARRING! *****

2. Keep oil free products away from brow area to prolong tint color

3. Tint lasts up to 2 to 3 weeks for Queens with thick eyebrows. Queens with thinner brows or oily skin, your brows will last up to a week & a half to 2 weeks.

4. When washing your face, use a MAKE-UP WIPE to clean around the brow area. do not wash your eyebrows. I recommend for you to pat them dry when done washing your face if they get wet accidentally. The goal is for your semi-permanent brow color to last.

5. Book your appointments every 2 weeks to avoid irritation to your brow area.

6. Lastly, Brow tint cannot be booked as a separate service at a cheaper price. If you want Brow tint with no waxing or shaping, the cost will remain the same for tint.

Appointment Policy

Queens/Kings if you are 10 mins late or more, you will have to pay a $10 late fee!
Being more than 15mins late, your appointment will be canceled.
Queens Kings No Call No show will result in you no longer being able to book with me in the near future. An additional $35 deposit is required on top of your desired service if you would like future bookings again.
Queens Kings please do not call or text a few minutes before your scheduled appointment stating that you will be late or that you won't make it. Please communicate 30 mins or 2 hours prior to your appointment time or you can reschedule your appointment through the website or pay the $10 late fee.
CANCELATIONS: If you would like to cancel your appointment the day of, you can edit your booking through your account before your appointment time approaches. If you fail to do so, the website will cause you to have to pay another deposit.
If I cancel your appointment due to any type of emergency or mishap, whatever day we agree to rebook for, no extra deposit is required.

CREDIT. If you book more than 1 service and realize you are running low on time and can't receive the 2nd service, you can come back & use whatever service you paid for as a credit, you have up to 1 week to use that credit. Once you go over 1 week you have to rebook the service or services again.

Covid Policy

Due to Covid still being present, I ask all current and future clients to please wear

your face mask to all of your appointments. As your eyebrow technician, I will wear mine as well at all times. I want to prevent anyone from getting sick. No extra people are allowed unless they are receiving a service & no children are allowed. Trying to keep an eye out on a child or children while doing your brow service is something I would like to avoid. I want to focus on giving you a personal and wonderful experience as my client. It also prevents you from being liable from anything getting damaged. Thank you!
